Blogtober- Halloween movies

Hello lovelies,

Today is my favourite Halloween movies. Now being a horror film freak there are loads that I love. However, the ones I'm going to mention today are kid friendly, well some are, and some are the classics so sit back and enjoy.

The Nightmare Before Christmas, now if you haven't seen this then where the heck have you been? It's one of those movies where you don't know if it's a xmas or Halloween film. I'll make it simple, watch it all year round. I mean come on it's Tim Burton, the King of Halloween films.

Dark Shadows another Burton film. This film is about Dracula (Johnny Depp) is woken up in modern day (70s I think). It is hilarious and silly at the same time. Both adults and kids a like will love this film.

Yes another Burton film, Edward Scissorhands, a classic in itself. I've seen this film tons of times and it doesn't get old, it has that je ne sai quai (I hope I spelt that right).

Hocus Pocus, I love this film. I mean come on who doesn't? It's - I know I've said this quite a bit - but it's is a classic. Bette Midler how awesome is she and singing I Put a Spell on You and SJP singing Come Little Children, which isn't an actual song it's an Edgar Allen Poe poem. I have the full sung version on my iPhone. Yes nerd I know.

Adams Family, I love this film and the second one. I get called cousin it when my hair dries naturally as it frizzes, it used to annoy me but now I just find it funny as I do kinda look like him.

Now the next few films I'm not going to talk about otherwise this post is going to be loooooong

This is from The Others, where a family think there house is haunted. If you haven't seen it I won't spoil it, but there is a twist.

Here's a list of films to watch. Some of my faves are included.

What are your Halloween movie suggestions?
